As my mom used to say whenever we’d be talking about country music, “That’s cry in your beer music.” I reckon she was mostly right. Not only do “country” songs tell a story well, they also tend to focus on the heartbreaks of life. But…not always. Many country songs celebrate success and life in general. Others have an optimistic vibe and look toward a better future. So, kick back. Put on your headphones. Crack a cold one (you don’t have to cry into it). Enjoy!
